Q: WHAT ARE THE CLEANING PROCEDURES OF YOUR SPA?

A: We only use disposable, sterilized supplies. No double dipping policy. We clean out tables and instruments with Hospital Germicidal Deodorizing Cleaner Citrus II after each client. The entire salon is thoroughly clean every day. We disinfected, or disposed of our tools and supplies are after each use.

Q: WHAT IS BRAZILIAN WAX?

A: It is a technique developed in Brazil to remove the most strands of hair as you would like. Leaving you more comfortable, clean and refreshed.

Q: IS IT PAINFULL TO GET A BRAZILIAN WAX?

A: Every client is different; it depends on each person or each situation. We recommend you to use Brazcare Easy Bikini Numbing Solution 30 minutes prior to your appointment, apply twice and waiting 15 minutes each time. For after waxing you can use our Post Wax Serum to relieve skin redness and irritation and if you have any problem with Dark spots or ingrown hair, we recommend our Brazcare Spot and Ingrown Hair Treatment or Bump Treatment.

Q: CAN I USE A NUMBING SOLUTION BEFORE WAXING?

A: Use our Brazcare Easy Bikini Numbing Solution 30 minutes prior to your appointment, apply twice and waiting 15 minutes each time.

Q: ARE THERE ANY AFTER WAX CARE?

A: To treat your skin after a wax to ensure the most rapid relief possible we recommend you to use Brazcare Easy Bikini Numbing Solution 30 minutes prior to your appointment, apply twice and waiting 15 minutes each time. Q: WHAT IS THE WAITING TIME AFTER SHAVING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

A: After shaving, wait two to 3 weeks before going to your waxing appointment.

Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WAX?

A: We recommend you wax every 4 to 5 weeks.

Q: WHICH TYPES OF WAXES DO YOU USE?

A: We use all kinds of waxes. It is simply a matter of preference. Our waxes come from Brazil, Spain, Italy, and PRC.

Q: DO YOU RECOMMEND CLIENTS TO TRIM HAIR BEFORE WAXING?

A: Because sometimes clients trim hair too short and it makes more difficult to wax.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR NO-SHOW OR CANCELATION POLICY?

A: If you miss your appointment and fail to give us the 5-hour prior notice, you will be charged a flat $20.00 fee. All specials apply only to first time clients and clients who return within six (6) week period from last visit. Clients who return after the six (6) week period will be charged normal rates.

Q: ARE PREPAID SERVICES REFUNDABLE?

A: NO, all prepaid services are non-refundable, but you can exchange it for a gift car or a product.
